Arnold Cross is a full service patent agent actively seeking new clients. He maintains an office in Blue Ash, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) and frequently spends time in Orange County, California. Mr Cross passed a version of the Patent Bar Exam which covered both current practice under the America Invents Act (AIA) and previous policies which can affect applications filed before the AIA went into effect. He previously had a 17 year engineering carreer, culminating as a Senior Systems Engineer in the Efficient Engergy Systems Division of AeroVironment, Inc. (which makes vehicle battery chargers). For fourteen years he worked on Space and Military Aircraft programs at The Boeing Company. He has also worked with printers in the product marking industry and holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.
Recent hobbies include data analysis (programming in R and Perl), ceramics, 3D printing, and running. Hobbies earlier in life included technical theatre (lights, sound, set construction, etc.), auto repair, camping, and photography (on 35 mm film). Mr. Cross served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, guarding U.S. embassies in Liberia and the Philippines.
